Even after delivering one of the most-anticipated albums of 2021 in DONDA, Kanye West is still managing to generate even more headlines related to his upcoming initiatives outside of music. Not so far after revealing the trailer for his upcoming Netflix documentary Jeen-Yuhs, the creative polymath is now shining a spotlight on a brand new footwear product: the adidas YEEZY 500 High “Mist Stone.”
On this forthcoming makeup, a collection of grayscale hues do all of the heavy lifting. Its nominal shade arguably does most of the work here as it douses the base layer’s suede overlays. Next to this comes puffed up neoprene panels that are dialed to an off-white hue as well as laces and a throat that’s arrives with a solid black exterior. Mudguards and the lower heel overlays are each treated with a slate gray paint job, and the adiPrene-cushioned sole units are fully submerged in a bone-esque tone.
adidas or Ye have not yet confirmed the official release date of the adidas YEEZY 500 High “Mist Stone”, but early reports have them dropping on October 4. Retail price will be set at the usual $220 USD.
