Originally dropped in May, the 2015 Nike Air Max2 CB ’94 “USA” release is getting a restock. The signature shoe of Charles Barkley took inspiration from the 1992 Olympic Dream Team with the red, white and blue colorway as it saw a revival right before the recent Tokyo Olympics.
The patriotic look designed by Tinker Hatfield opts for full nubuck upper in obsidian with polka-dot-like holes on the lateral overlays to provide more breathability. A white tongue brightens up the design with matching shoelaces and heel pull loop along with a padded elastic sock liner for extra ankle support. The top of the tongue, “NIKE” branding and Air Max logo found on the heel embody a gym red hue. The stark white midsole showcases a mini black Swoosh logo over the heel’s signature Air Unit with pops of red embellishing both the midsole and outsole.
The Nike Air Max2 CB ’94 “USA” is available now for $160 USD on the brand’s official website.
In case you missed it, Ron English morphs the Nike KD 14 straps into chiseled wings.
